The property also offers drive-up units for convenient loading and unloading, along with indoor and outdoor vehicle storage for cars, RVs, and boats.
Located just east of US 41 (Tamiami Trail), the facility provides easy access to residents and businesses in Osprey, Sarasota, and Venice. The facility incorporates modern security and access features, including gated keypad entry, 24-hour video recording, and KISS smart latches that allow tenants to securely access their units via mobile devices.
